Thrifty Thursday- Canning Chicken

Boneless skinless chicken breast were on sale today for $1.28 lb. I met Julia and we were able to get a 20 lb box of chicken.  We brought it home only to find it was frozen and it talk all day to thaw so we could bottle the chicken. Neither of us had ever pressure canned anything, especially chicken!  So, we had an adventure. After filling and bottling 14 pints, I cut up the rest of the chicken and put it into the fridge to do tomorrow.
